Here a star does cross and shatter
All that to the heart does matter
Here where lie the ancient bones
Secret hidden amidst the stones
Past three way that must be taken
And for love be all foresaken
To destroy the sister of the dead
Here be the price upon the pages said
Seven is the ancient number
Of seven if the pathway made
First the dragon to his slumber
Then Crimson shall the price be paid
Next past fire your way must wend?
From your course you must not bend
In the ashes of his burning
Will you find the magic turning
Heart of fire, heart of stone
You will need the heart alone
For upon the ancient tome
It will burn and call it home
Then the riddle you will find
The spell it will at last unwind
And the singer of the dawn
You will at last truly look upon
All is magic, all is illusion
Remember well your own confusion
Mirror, mirror you must choose
Pathway wrong and you will lose
Next the legions of the dead
Will try to stop the path you tread
Myriad will seem their force
While he who leads their deadly course
Must be by mages' power blest
and then his bones be put to rest
And on his corpse will be the key
To set the singer finaly free
And now along your path be led
The singer waits in room of red
With heart and book, with key and fire
Must five around him then conspire
He will be held, yet still may kill
The five who stand to block his will
Upon the altar then must go
Heart, book, and key placed just so
Then three who hold the power of the oak
Must chant until the spell be broke
Each must find and bring the verse
To finish this book, and end the curse
