Hoyt is a dark paladin and the right hand of Akron. It is said that he can take many forms and hide himself from others. Atross has told us that he gets mixed senses about Hoyt as he gives off vibes of both good and evil at times.
By himself, Hoyt is not very strong, but his lord, Akron often protects him by unholy means and grants him enchanted items which make him very powerful. If he is ever to be destroyed, it must be at a time when he cannot rely on Akron for protection.
However, This might not be needed. It is possible that we might be able to capture him or even if talked to the right way, bring out the good in him and convert him to our side! These are things we cannot answer right now, though. For the present, keep your distance. This is a very dangerous individual.
Well, we may not like it, but Hoyt may be our only chance to stop Akron, so we must try. Hoyt has declared independence from Akron and the residents of the village have accepted him as an ally.
He's aided us a couple times in the last few nights and openly rebelled against Akron. It also seems that Akron sets up ambushes for him around every corner. Anyhow, don't attack Hoyt while this pact remains in tact.
It is also said that he might be helping us in our other causes against Minax after this is all over.
