This location is Northwest of the Honor shrine, and far, far Southwest of Trinsic. Or if you have a rune to the cave passage to Delucia, go Southwest from there. It's easy to find your way around this area as long as you pay attention to the uniquely-shaped coast on your radar map. The sandstone ruins are hard to miss.
