This location is Southwest of Vesper in some ruins. Either head Southwest of Vesper, or go to the Cove cemetary and head East from there. Don't confuse the other Zeefzorpul location in the area with this one. There is another Zeefzorpul location just a few screens West of this one. Make sure you're at the ruins that are most East.
