Q: Do we get more options for wall, floor, etc tiles besides what we see on the editor? Note, I don't mean the tiles that are not usable til AoS, but the ones not shown in the editor.
A: To be quite honest, I have not tried the downloadable demo that you all are playing with. What I can tell you is that demo was created a few weeks ago, and in the meantime we've added additional floor tiles (perhaps other wall tiles as well) to the in-game version of the house editor.
Q: Do all plots / customized houses have the huge ugly fixed stairs in front of them (south end) or can we customize them to look like the ones we are used too now?
A: No, they can be customized. You can delete individual tiles, or replace them with other styles... check out the screen shots here.
Q: How much will plot size vary? Are plot sizes fixed like only 7x7, 8x8, 9x9, 10x10 etc, or we can choose what size we want, given the room? For example, I find a spot that can fit a crazy number like 7x16. Is that possible?
A: There are many, many foundation sizes to choose from... I just counted 47 two story customizable foundation sizes, and 55 three story customizable foundation sizes. By my math there are 144 possible combinations between 7x7 and 18x18, so we've covered about 71% of them. Looking at the available sizes, we tend to have picked the ones that are closer to being square... so no 7x18, or even 7x16... the closest I see to 7x16 are a 11x16 three story, and a 7x12 two story.
