Alkart Attacks TUR Towers!

Another peaceful night among the Village of the Unruled. Tristam and I were sitting and enjoying the warmth of the forge in the Sentry. Ironically enough, chatting about how quiet the day had been. Other members were outback sparring to better defend themselves and their friends. The quietness stopped as giant spiders came following Skye up from out region of light, causing us to bolt from our stools in haste to help her and defend our village in this attack. Skye's first words upon entering the northern tower was "Alkart must be close by". She was right! As we fought off the spiders more came to our aid, including Lord Alkart. He came riding in on top a steed with many a more spiders trailing behind him, frost as well as giant ones. Some getting the occasional hit to him. Leading as many as he could past the steel doors we were guarding and away from us, leaving their carapace corpses and deadly Energy Vortex's in his wake.

With the spiders now under control we were left with but a brief moment to tend to our wounded. Shortly after undead Bone Knights, Liches and even Reapers appeared before us in numbers larger then even Captain Morgan could count. We took up arms and continuing the defense which we thought... and hoped had ended. Though the skeletons, I feel confident, we could have handled. Yet the combination of grouped liches and reapers appearing far to near left many of us dead, and fewer still standing... Luckily for us, by this time the pigeons had made it out and many souls arrived to aid us. Including, as always, most of Dragon Knights.

Finally the annoyances halted their attacks and allowed us to regroup, as well as revive our dead... during which even more friends and guild mates appeared to help in any way they could.

Standing around outside the towers of TUR we listened as Alkart spoke with us, touching on the subjects of the dream sickle and Hoyt's past dealings with the undead and hell hounds. Questions were asked if Hoyt was in league with these attacking spiders to which Alkart first said he didn't believe Hoyt would lower himself to dealing with them, but later on agreed that it was possible they're conspiring together in some way. Then with a few final words with Tristam he turned his horse and headed off.

As Alkart departed so did some that had come to help, but as more started to leave we were hit by another small band of liches come to terrorize us a final time on this quickly passing night. They were killed off as quickly as the first wave, where we lost not a soul. It was also the last.
