Northwest of Wind Mountain

This location is Northwest of the Wind mountain. It's in a guard training post on the road between Yew and Vesper. It might be hard to find if you don't have a rune. Just follow the road to Vesper from Yew until you come to the guard training post on the water. Zeefzorpul is hanging out near the card table.
